Cost Our pigs are $2.65/lb for live weight. This includes your butchering and sales tax. Typically we see about a 60-65% yield. A whole pig usually weighs 250-325lbs and will yield about 150-180lbs of meat. The total cost is around $650-800. A half pig usually usually weighs about 125-175 and yield about 75-90lbs of meat and total cost is about $250-$400. Whole Pigs require a $150.00 deposit. Half Pigs require a $100.00 deposit.
Custom Butchering Options Want lots of options butchering? We do custom butchering instructions-- so your pig is cut special for you! A few weeks before butchering you will get emails with information about how to order your butchering. We have lots of information, like types of cuts available and where they come from on the pig. We can even do custom cures and seasoning mixes.
Delivery Free Delivery is available at any of our milk delivery locations (Rexburg to Cache Valley). These areas require a delivery fee: Driggs-Jackson, WY area, Sun Valley, and along the Wasatch Front. We occasionally go over to Boise, Las Vegas and Seattle areas. Please ask for more information for delivery to these areas.
